At Budgy Smuggler UK, we want to ensure your gear fits perfectly; if you aren't 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase provided they are in original condition with hygiene liners intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back for a refund or size swap.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the hygiene sticker has not been removed or tampered with.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest Royal Mail post office or designated collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your new size within 5-7 business days.
